conXt is a self-updating address book

One of the primary goals of conXt is to eliminate the hassle of keeping an up-to-date address book.

By connecting, or 'conXting' with the people in your address book, you will be establishing a 'live' link between your two address books. You can then choose to share some or all of your contact information with them and they will share some or all with you.

For instance, you might choose to share your Home address with your friends and your Work address with your clients. When your friends click on your name in their conXt address book they will see the Home address that you put in. If you move, simply change your Home address and it will instantly be updated for everyone with whom you are conXted.

You can be assured that even though you may be conXted to other people, your address book, and it's contents, are for your eyes only.

Organize and Manage Your Contacts

We understand that real people organize their lives around more than just "Work" and "Home"; what happened to "Poker Buddies", "Girls Night Out", or "Parent's List"? What about "Top Clients", "Suppliers", or "Long Distance Drivers"?

With conXt you can organize your contacts into the same categories that you actually use when thinking about them. Sure, we start you out with Work, Family, and Friends, but don't let these be the limits of your world - add as many Groups as you like or need, and add individual contacts into as many of those Groups as it makes sense for them to be in.

How conXt Works

  • Step 1: add individual contacts or import them from gmail/hotmail/yahoo/outlook.
  • Step 2: create Groups, as many as you like, and add your contacts to them. A contact can be added to multiple Groups.
  • Step 3: (optional) add your own contact information to conXt, and then share some or all of it with your contacts according to the Groups that they are in. You must invite someone to 'conXt' for this to work

conXt is a Dynamic Address Book

When was the last time you needed an address for a friend or family member? Did you email or call them to ask what it was?

If you are anything like me, an updated address list for contacts is about as elusive as the Jersey Devil. It is always a task I plan to get to 'next year'.
